ThirdRails goes far beyond simple tracking. It enhances both Train Simulator Classic and Train Sim World with live waypoints, spoken announcements, multiplayer-style radar, and device-independent monitoring. It adds immersion, convenience, and a sense of shared world gameplay that transforms every drive into something more.
Follow Your Ride Anywhere
Track your journey from any device: overlay the radar on your game, use a second monitor, or follow along from your phone or tablet. Whether you're in the cab or away from the desk, you always stay connected to your drive.
Real Drives
With ThirdRails Real Drives, you can load real-world train services with a single click and drive them live using authentic timetables. Powered by timetable providers across Europe and the UK, every drive is unique and grounded in real operations. Want to drive with friends? Pick different services on the same line and watch each other on the radar in real time. Add spoken announcements with over 500 AI voices for even deeper immersion.
Multiplayer Experience
ThirdRails doesn’t provide direct multiplayer, but it enables a shared world that feels remarkably close. In Train Sim World, you and your friends can load services within the same timetable and meet each other on the network. In Train Simulator Classic, the Multiplayer Scenario technique offers a similar coordinated experience. Live radar ties it all together, letting you see movements and enjoy the network as a group.
TS Drives
TS Drives lets you launch any Train Simulator Classic Career or Standard scenario directly from the integrated TS catalog reader, fully enhanced with the ThirdRails HUD. Stay informed with live radar info, receive announcements, and share the ride with others through the Community Radar.
Whistle Board
With ThirdRails Whistle Board, train simulation becomes social. Build your driver profile, compete for weekly KOM rankings, compare performance, discover new routes, and share your progress using custom dashboards.
